What does it cost to rent a Mercedes or BMW per day in India?
A chauffeur-driven Mercedes E-Class or BMW 5 Series runs about ₹12,000–16,000 for 8hr/80km and ₹15,000–20,000 for 12hr/120km in metro cities. A luxury SUV such as a GLE, X5 or Q7 is ₹18,000–24,000 for 8hr/80km, and an S-Class or 7 Series ₹28,000–42,000. Rolls-Royce, Bentley and Maybach are quoted per booking, typically ₹75,000–1,60,000 a day. Tolls, parking and permits bill at actuals.
Is there a minimum booking duration?
Airport transfers and point-to-point runs are booked as single trips. Anything else starts at a 4hr/40km or 8hr/80km package depending on the car class. Ultra-luxury and marquee cars carry a full-day minimum, and event or wedding dates are usually blocked as full days.
Are the cars self-drive or chauffeur-driven?
Chauffeur-driven is standard for every class we run. Chauffeurs are police-verified, carry a valid commercial badge and are briefed on the building, hotel or venue before the booking. Self-drive is available on selected premium classes in a few cities with corporate KYC, but not on ultra-luxury or marquee cars.
Can we book a luxury car for a wedding or a family event?
Yes. Weddings, engagements, milestone birthdays and family functions are routine bookings. Wedding dates are held as full days, decoration is allowed on agreed terms, and we confirm the car model and colour in writing rather than promising a category and substituting on the day.
How does GST work on luxury car rental?
The standard rate is 5% without input tax credit on the package. A 12% option with ITC is available and usually works out better for companies that can offset it. We can quote both so finance picks. Invoices are raised to your legal entity with cost-centre tagging, not to the traveller.
Can we rent a luxury car monthly instead of per day?
Yes. Monthly programmes with a dedicated car and a named chauffeur are typically 25–40% cheaper per day than ad-hoc booking once you cross about 12–15 days of use a month. These are common for visiting leadership, expat deployments and long project postings.
What happens if the car breaks down or the chauffeur is unavailable?
A replacement of the same class reaches you within 90 minutes in our top-10 cities and same day elsewhere. Relief chauffeurs are pre-briefed on the booking, so a driver change does not become your problem on the day.
How far ahead should we book?
Luxury sedans and premium SUVs are usually available same day or next day in metros. Ultra-luxury needs 24–48 hours. Marquee cars, wedding season dates and multi-car event fleets should be blocked 2–4 weeks ahead.
