How early should we book event mobility?

For 500+ delegate events we recommend engaging 6–8 weeks out so we can pre-block chauffeurs, brand vehicles and dry-run the run-sheet. For sub-100 delegate offsites, 10–14 days is enough.

Can vehicles be branded for the event?
