Innova Crysta on Rent in India — Rates & Booking
The Innova Crysta is the most-booked corporate vehicle in India and it is not close. Seven seats, a ride that survives any road in the country, and a driver pool that knows the car inside out. This guide gives real chauffeur-driven Crysta rates across city, outstation and monthly bookings, and where the Hycross is now the better answer.

Indicative contracted bands for chauffeur-driven bookings, valid across metro cities. Tolls, parking, inter-state permits, airport entry charges and driver night-halt allowances are pass-through at actuals. GST 5% applies on the standard package without input tax credit; 12% with ITC is available on request. Marquee and event-date bookings are quoted individually.
Crysta or Hycross?
The Crysta is the value answer and still the most available car in the country. The Hycross is quieter, more efficient and noticeably better for a rear-seat passenger who will be working, at roughly 30–50% more. For guest transfers and long outstation runs where comfort is the product, the Hycross earns its premium; for volume corporate movement, the Crysta remains the sensible default.
Where the Crysta is booked most
- Guest and delegate transfers at conferences and offsites
- Airport runs for groups of three to six travelling together
- Outstation and inter-city corporate travel with luggage
- Plant and site visits in Tier-2 and Tier-3 locations
- Wedding-guest movement alongside a lead luxury car
How to book, and what the confirmation should say
A luxury rental quote worth accepting names the exact model, the package, the extra-km rate, how tolls and parking are treated, the GST option, the cancellation window and the replacement commitment. If a quote names only a category, you have been given a chance of a car, not a car.
- Share the date, city, pickup point and rough itinerary — the itinerary decides the package, not the car
- Choose the class; we confirm the exact model and colour in writing before the day
- Pick the GST treatment: 5% without input tax credit, or 12% with ITC
- Get a named chauffeur and a control-tower number before the booking date
- Same-class replacement inside 90 minutes in our top-10 cities is written into the confirmation
Frequently asked questions
What is the rent for an Innova Crysta per day?
With a driver, ₹4,300–5,200 for 8hr/80km and ₹5,500–6,600 for 12hr/120km in metro cities, with extra kilometres at ₹19–24. Outstation runs bill at ₹17–23 per km with a 300 km daily minimum plus driver allowance.
What does an Innova Crysta cost monthly?
A dedicated Crysta with a named driver, maintenance and insurance is roughly ₹75,000–1,05,000 a month depending on city and monthly running. Beyond about fifteen days of use, monthly is cheaper than per-day booking.
How many passengers fit in an Innova Crysta?
Seven including the driver in the 7-seater layout, or six in the captain-seat layout. With luggage for an airport run, plan for four to five passengers comfortably.
Is the Crysta good for a long outstation run?
It is the default choice for exactly that. For runs over about 500 km or overnight travel we plan a two-driver rotation and recommend the Hycross if the rear passenger will be working the whole way.
