Do you replace or complement our concierge desk?

Complement. Commutec plugs into your existing concierge or front-office workflow — Opera PMS, email, WhatsApp or a shared portal. Your team handles the guest conversation; we handle dispatch, chauffeur and vehicle.

How are guest transfers billed?

Three options: per-folio (posted directly to the guest room), hotel-absorbed (single monthly invoice to the property) or split (complimentary base + guest-paid extras). We adapt to your PMS and loyalty accounting.

Are chauffeurs trained on hospitality protocol?

Yes. Grooming, luggage etiquette, discretion, multi-lingual capability and PMS-style guest recognition are covered in our hospitality induction — modelled to Oberoi, Taj and Four Seasons service tiers.

Can you handle a hotel wedding or MICE peak?
