Can the car enter GIFT City?
Only if both the vehicle and the chauffeur hold current clearance, and SEZ Processing Area access is issued separately from the Domestic Tariff Area. We run a ring-fenced cleared pool with relief chauffeurs pre-cleared and pass expiry tracked, so a last-minute driver change does not strand your visitor at the gate.
Do you cover Vadodara, Surat and Rajkot?
Yes, on a per-km outstation basis with a daily minimum. Vadodara is about 90 minutes on the expressway and Surat roughly three and a half hours, both comfortable in a luxury sedan.
Are the cars self-drive or chauffeur-driven?
Chauffeur-driven is standard for every class we run. Chauffeurs are police-verified, carry a valid commercial badge and are briefed on the building, hotel or venue before the booking. Self-drive is available on selected premium classes in a few cities with corporate KYC, but not on ultra-luxury or marquee cars.
Can we book a luxury car for a wedding or a family event?
Yes. Weddings, engagements, milestone birthdays and family functions are routine bookings. Wedding dates are held as full days, decoration is allowed on agreed terms, and we confirm the car model and colour in writing rather than promising a category and substituting on the day.
How does GST work on luxury car rental?
The standard rate is 5% without input tax credit on the package. A 12% option with ITC is available and usually works out better for companies that can offset it. We can quote both so finance picks. Invoices are raised to your legal entity with cost-centre tagging, not to the traveller.
